I ordered from Browns Chicken, and the chicken itself was fine, but the sauces had me questioning things a little. Like, who decided that BBQ sauce should taste that watered down? And the ranch was so bland it felt like the flavor got quietly removed somewhere behind the scenes. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but sauce is supposed to be a major part of the meal, not some suspicious afterthought. It wasn’t awful, just really disappointing and kind of meh

I thought it was a solid meal for what I paid. The portions were decent, not tiny or disappointing, like when you order a plate and it’s mostly garnish, or when the fries look like they counted them one by one, or when you’re still hungry right after eating. I ended up paying less than I expected too, which was a nice surprise. Good option if you want something filling without spending too much

The chicken was fine, but the mashed potatoes and fries tasted a bit old. Not awful, just hoped the sides would be better.

Stopped by the drive-thru after work, mostly because I was too tired to cook and just wanted something quick. The line looked like it might take a bit, but it moved faster than I expected. The guy at the window was really friendly too, which always makes the whole thing feel less like a chore. Got home and the chicken was still hot, fries were somehow still crispy, which is not always a guarantee. Anyway, simple little win after a long day. I’d go back.

I hop on Browns Chicken once in a while to see if they’ve got any promos going. Usually saves me a few bucks on dinner, which is always nice. The deals are solid, I just wish they showed up more often around the weekends.

I went on brownschicken.com thinking there might be more options than I remembered, but I don’t know, the menu felt basic to me. Maybe I was expecting too much, but it seemed like mostly chicken, sides, and the usual fried stuff, without anything that really jumped out.

If you already know you want fried chicken, it’s probably fine, and maybe that’s the whole point. But I kept looking around thinking I might’ve missed a section or something. I just wish there were a few more sandwiches, lighter choices, or different combo options. Not bad exactly, just kind of boring.

I had a little issue with my last Brown's Chicken order, one of the sides was missing, and the chicken wasn’t as hot as it usually is. Not the end of the world, but still kind of disappointing, you know??

I sent them a message through the website and didn’t expect much to happen. But someone got back to me the next day, which surprised me?? They were really nice about it and offered to make things right.

I went back again this week and everything was good this time. Mistakes happen, so I can’t be too mad, especially when they actually handle it fairly. I’ll order from them again.

The food was fine, I guess, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. My order took longer than it should’ve, and I don’t have much patience for sitting around wondering what’s going on. The site was a bit annoying to use too, kind of clunky and slow. It wasn’t terrible, but I’m definitely not in a hurry to order again.

It was kind of refreshing grabbing dinner here because I’m so tired of places charging way too much for tiny portions. The prices actually felt fair, the amount of food was solid for what I paid, and checkout was quick and easy. I’d definitely order again without feeling like I’m getting ripped off.
